My name, Yixuan, means artistic jade in Chinese. In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my dog, Yoyo, a mix-breed rescue, whose name means excellence in Chinese. We also love to play fetch together in dog parks.

Last year, I participated in a half-marathon in Athens, GA, so I am also a (slow) road runner.

Growing up in a family that unites around food, I also enjoy going to different grocery stores and cooking afterward.
